澳大利亚一名女子诞下“双脸婴” 全球有35例(图)

　　居住在澳大利亚悉尼郊区的蕾妮· 扬上周四诞下了一名长着双头双脸的婴儿，即医学上所谓的双面畸胎。

　　婴儿长着正常的四肢、躯干和心脏，但脑干以上却是完全相同的两个头和两张脸。

　　据报道，医生早在蕾妮怀孕期间就发现胎儿异常，并建议她不要将孩子生下来，称孩子会被公众当作怪物。但蕾妮和丈夫都坚持要这个孩子。

　　为了表示对新生命的信心，蕾妮夫妇待双脸婴儿为双胞胎，并为其起了两个名字，分别为“信念”和“希望”。

　　据报道，双面畸胎是连体婴儿的极端情况，在连体婴儿中的发生率仅为4%。目前全球有记录的只有35例，没有一例存活下来。最近的一例是2008年印度一边远乡村里的名为拉丽的女孩，她只存活了两个月。
